The collar around his neck is known as the “Shackle of the Omnissiah”, it is a discipline collar, tracking device, vox-comm, rebreather, and chemical injection device. It must be attached via surgical processes, and is nigh impossible to remove without extensive knowledge of how bionics attach to living systems.
